Our links within the industry enable us to offer a wide and diverse range of product. We only associate with well established suppliers and manufacturers thus ensuring a quality of product with after care sales and service as the cornerstones of our business. When the market allows savings made are offered to our customers in the form of promotions and special offers. Our Link Logo

highlights many of the savings that can be made. Not tied to any one supplier we, in many cases, are able to offer you a wider choice and advise you on the alternatives that are available. We therefore able to offer and advise you on the best machine suitable for your needs.

Rent / Purchase / Lease

These are the main 3 options when procuring a machine. Due to the competitive nature of the Vending Industry it is not always possible to display all prices.

Rental / Tailored Vending

In some cases a Rent Free option is available with coffee and vending machines; this however depends on the nature of your business and your expected drink consumption per week. This leads into tailored vending where perhaps more than one machine is required or there are multiple sites to supply and service. Individual requirements are then made.

Purchase

All machines are available for purchase. Where purchase prices are not displayed contact us for a personal quote. We accept most major credit cards and cheques. A deposit is required for all purchases.

Lease

Leasing arrangements can be made from 3- 6 year duration. Lease purchase options are also available. At the end of the term there is a small admin fee. Leasing normally takes 2-3 days to arrange. Call us for further details and we can explain the benefits of leasing your machine. This option is becoming more popular as in many cases leasing per week amounts to around the same amount as renting.

Ordering online

You can re-order any products on line using the appropriate order form. New customers ordering online are the prices as shown. With existing customers products can be ordered online but will be charged the agreed prices.

Servicing and Warranty

All our machines come with a one year warranty as a minimum. Servicing and maintenance within the guarantee period carries no charge. We can provide a continued maintenance programme after the warranty period. Our servicing is carried out by trained contractors familiar with the machine. We have through our links over 120 trained engineers that can look after your machine in the UK.

Areas we cover in the UK

Generally we are able to supply any of our machines to anywhere within the UK. There are some locations we are unable to offer rental options to. Contact us and we can tell you whether we can help.; if not we can certainly recommend someone for you.

Trade ins / Quality Seconds

With Link Vending we offer trade-in facilities thus allowing you to upgrade your existing machine. Due to our many contacts we have many quality second-hand machines for purchase. These normally have a 6-12 month warranty.

Staff Training / ongoing support

On delivering your machine our trained technicians will take you through how to operate and fill the machine. Ongoing support is always available.
