By placing an order with Link Vending you agree to our terms and conditions as stated below

NEW CUSTOMERS:

  • Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm your order and method of payment
  • Generally for all new customers we ask for payment in advance. There are a few exceptions; we will tell you if this is the case. Once payment has been received your account with Link Vending is set up and we can place your order. This is normally done the same day. You will receive our telephone call within one hour of placing your order.
  • Future orders can then be placed online, with invoicing and payment methods agreed with you from our first telephone call
  • For all new customers you will receive our welcome pack, information on our charities and your paid invoice as a minimum


FLAVIA PROMOTIONS WITH LINK

  • Flavia Machine promotions advertised apply to new customers only. Existing customers should contact us for a price before ordering.
  • Drinks and Ancillary promotions- You can order 2 cases of each of any of our save online promotions and get them at the advertised promotion price. You will be charged our list price for any product for the third case ordered or more. For new customers you will receive list prices with our welcome pack. For existing customers please contact us for our latest list prices.
  • If you have ordered 10 cases or more in total you will receive the cheapest case free. A CASE denotes more than one item in the case. The MINIMUM VALUE FREE CASE will be £5.00


DELIVERIES

  • Deliveries are normally by our courier between the hours of Monday – Friday 9-5pm. Saturday deliveries are avalable on request; please contact us for details. We offer a Next Day or 48 Hour lead time. Orders need to be received by us in time to meet the 14.00 cut off time. Orders received after this will move to the next working day. You will receive orders for less than 4 cases of drinks within 48 working hours.  

    DELIVERY CHARGES
  • There are two levels of delivery service; Next Day or 48 hours. Current charge rates are shown on the Flavia order form. Whichever you choose determines your delivery cost. You must order 4 cases of drinks or more for either the Next Day or 48 Hour delivery  service cost to apply. If you order less than 4 cases of drinksyou will be charged £10.00 plus vat. Please note Cappuccino/ Latte Swirl and Mars Swirl are not classed as a drink.


SURCHARGES

  • The following areas may incur a surcharge. We will contact you before placing the order to advise cost if this is the case.

Northern Ireland / Sothern Ireland / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight / Scottish Offshore / Channel Islands / Scottish Borders / Certain Scottish Mainland Areas

SINGLES and Singles delivery costs ( if applicable )

  • Singles are an additional service for our customers. For free delivery you need to order 50 singles in total or more otherwise there is a £5.00 plus vat postage and packing charge. For singles orders with other products the delivery charge is £5.09 plus vat.

    PAYMENTS: We accept payment via Cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit or debit card.

    VAT: VAT will be charged for all vatable items as shown
     

    RETURNS POLICY: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased item we will refund you in full.

    CONDITIONS:
    The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Goods must be in their original packaging, with any seals intact and in their original condition. Delivery and or collection charges are your liability








    FAULTY GOODS: Should you receive damaged goods please contact us. We will ask you to return them within 14 days of your receipt of the goods for exchange

    MACHINE FAULTS: We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee should a machine develop a fault. You are advised to keep your warranty and receipt and ideally all returned items should be sent via a courier / recorded delivery service.
