Online Trading Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Link Vending you agree to our terms and conditions as stated below

In Cup Drinks Online

NEW CUSTOMERS:

  • Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm your order and method of payment
  • Generally for all new customers we ask for payment in advance. There are a few exceptions; we will tell you if this is the case. Once payment has been received your account with Link Vending is set up and we can place your order. This is normally done the same day. You will receive our telephone call within one hour of placing your order.
  • Future orders can then be placed online, with invoicing and payment methods agreed with you from our first telephone call
  • For all new customers you will receive our welcome pack, information on our charities and your paid invoice as a minimum
  • All new customers will receive a £2.00 off future case of drinks voucher for each case of drinks ordered with Link Vending on their initial order.

IN CUP DRINKS AND PROMOTIONS WITH LINK

  • Prices online are as shown on our order form. If you order by any means other than our online order form you will be charged list prices. (For example by telephone, fax, post or a normal email). You will receive our list prices with our welcome pack
  • If you have ordered 10 cases or more in total you will receive the cheapest case free. A CASE denotes more than one item in the case. The MINIMUM VALUE FREE CASE will be £5.00
  • Some products are available in 76ml. Please refer to the foot of the first page of the order form for key codes
  • Some products, eg Nescafe Coffee white are available extra white, sugar etc. You will need to let us know in the comments section when placing your order or simply contact us

DELIVERIES

  • We deliver nationwide and deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
  • Our in-cup drinks are packed fresh daily. Allow up to 3 working days for 73mm in cup drinks ordered and up to 5 days for 76mm in cup drinks ordered.
  • Customers wanting an urgent order for the next day must contact us by midday
  • Depending on what you order some items may arrive separately and possibly not on the same day.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Delivery is free providing you have ordered 3 cases of drinks or more.
  • If you order less than 3 cases of drinks or combinations including sleeves there is a £10.00 plus VAT delivery charge

ORDERING SLEEVES

  • Sleeves are not available in 76mm at present
  • The extra code options avalable in sleeves -case if required muyst be ordered in sleeves of 6 AND make up 12 sleeves in total or divisions of 12
  • You can Mix and Match products as shown
  • If ordering sleeves plus full cases your sleeves will arrive separately

DELIVERY CHARGES SLEEVES

  • Order 4 or more sleeves over the range and delivery is free
  • Under 4 sleeves and delivery is £5.00 plus vat
  • Full cases of drinks ordered do not count towards the total of sleeves ordered

  • Our In-Cup drinks fit most makes of in-cup vending machines. If you are unsure please contact us for details

PAYMENTS: We accept payment via Cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit or debit card.

VAT: VAT will be charged for all vatable items as shown

RETURNS POLICY: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased item we will refund you in full.

CONDITIONS: The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Goods must be in their original packaging, with any seals intact and in their original condition. Delivery and or collection charges are your liability

FAULTY GOODS: Should you receive damaged goods please contact us. We will ask you to return them within 14 days of your receipt of the goods for exchange

MACHINE FAULTS: We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee should a machine develop a fault. You are advised to keep your warranty and receipt and ideally all returned items should be sent via a courier / recorded delivery service.
