Quality of Service
We realise the importance of keeping our customer’s machines in good working order and to take pride and care of the equipment and the quality of our workmanship.
Service can be provided in one of two ways
a) On a call out basis where the customer instructs the company to visit the site and repair a machine
b) Through a comprehensive maintenance contract which covers parts and labour and a preventive maintenance
Flavia Machines and Vending Machines
Installation
At installation we will train staff on machine use, show how to fill, operate and replenish machines together with maintenance needs for the machine where required.
Call outs
We aim for all call outs to be attended within 24 hours. For an AM call our engineer will be with you either on the same afternoon or the following morning. For PM calls the following day. Customers with maintenance contracts do take priority over call out only site attendance requirements
Maintenance Contracts
We offer maintenance contracts with all our machines. These can include parts and labour cover. Special maintenance requirements can be met with all our machines
Water Coolers
Water coolers are available with or without maintenance.
DIY
We send everything you need to install your machine together with an operators guide and DIY sanitising instructions. We will also send you reminders when filter exchanges and servicing is due. You can order filters and sanitising cleaner through Link Vending. If you prefer we can install the machine for you.
With Maintenance
Our standard maintenance contract includes two service calls per annum for plumbed in machines and four service calls for bottled water coolers.

We are not tied to any manufacturer. Our engineers are trained to maintain many of the leading Vending Machine and Water Cooler manufacturers. Some of the leading manufacturer machines our engineers maintain to name but a few are:-
